Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or one-to-one exchange except for:
1. Wrong item
2. Damaged item proved to be caused by the negligence of our team
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
If you're eligible for exchange, please bring your item, including the original packaging, to our self-collection locations. We'll arrange the date and timing for the exchange again.
We will not refund/exchange:
1. Last minute decision changes due to long waiting time, break-up, etc.
2. Items with obvious signs of use
3. Items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
4. Items that are returned more than 3 days after collection/received delivery date.
Each refund/exchange is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please check your item on the spot (self-collection) and within 2 days (mailing/delivery).
Please allow small imperfections as it is handmade.
Closing order dates varies for all our products.
Only purchase if you're comfortable.
For payments made by Credit/Debit cards, please note that in the case of a refund, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the amount.
